Are you a Sage, a Teacher, a Warrior, a Detective, an Advocate, a Networker, a Storyteller? Archetypes—universal patterns of action—can be a useful way of exploring and expanding leadership behaviour.
Aims
This session is designed to help individuals:
- Expand their leadership capabilities
- Respond more flexibly and creatively to current work challenges
- View current challenges from different perspective
- Build teams with complementary strengths
Content
We’ll introduce the universal archetypes that can play powerfully in the workplace, and invite participants to define the archetypes they embrace and utilize at work. Then we’ll invite them to explore adding new archetypes to their repertoire of leadership behaviour.
